1. Introduction
Welcome to Euro Media Company (www.euromediastore.com). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our site or placing an order for signages, digital printing, or promotional items, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features or place orders, you may be required to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Euro Media Company reserves the right to terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.
3. Intellectual Property & AI Content
Our website contains a mix of original work, client showcases, and AI-generated imagery.
Our Content: All text, AI-generated images, illustrations, and photos of our completed projects (acrylic, forex, etc.) are the property of Euro Media Company.
Client Content: If you provide logos or designs for printing, you warrant that you own the rights to that content. We are not liable for copyright infringements resulting from user-provided designs.
Usage: You may not scrape, download, or reuse our portfolio images for commercial purposes without written consent.
4. Ordering and Customization
As a signage and printing specialist, our process involves custom manufacturing:
Proofs & Approvals: For custom signages (Forex, Acrylic, etc.), we will provide a digital proof. Once you approve this proof, Euro Media Company is not responsible for errors in spelling, color, or dimensions.
Product Variations: Please note that colors on digital screens may vary slightly from physical printed materials.
5. Payment and Pricing
All prices are quoted in Qatari Riyals (QAR) unless otherwise stated.
Payment Methods: Each order must be paid in advance via the payment methods offered on this Platform, including credit cards and debit cards. Cash on Delivery (COD) is only available for "Ready-Made" or "Stock" items (such as generic display stands or unprinted gift items). For all custom-printed, acrylic, or bespoke signages, full payment or a minimum 50% deposit (as specified at checkout) is required before production begins.
Refund Process: Any refunds will be made to the same card or through the same payment method used for the original transaction. For approved COD refunds, the amount will be transferred to a bank account designated by you in writing. Please note that custom-made products are non-refundable once production has commenced.
Bank Charges: Unless otherwise stated, you are solely liable for any fees charged by your bank, card issuing company, or payment provider (e.g., currency conversion fees or transaction processing fees).
Payment Verification: Products will only be delivered or installed after our verification of your payment (except for authorized COD orders). Euro Media Company is not obliged to begin manufacturing or deliver any Product until we have received the full payment or the agreed-upon deposit.
Pricing Errors: While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occur. You have no right to rely on a price that is obviously or materially lower than the prevailing market price (e.g., a typo showing an acrylic sign for 1 QAR). In such cases, Euro Media Company is entitled to cancel the contract and provide a full refund before the item is manufactured or delivered.
Final Total: Unless stated otherwise, our delivery and administration charges are included in the final price shown at checkout. Any additional site-visit fees or specialized installation equipment (such as crane rentals for high-level signage) will be clearly quoted and added to the order before you confirm.
6. Delivery and Installation (Doha, Qatar)
Scope: We provide delivery and installation services within Qatar.
Access: For signage installation, the client is responsible for ensuring we have legal and physical access to the site.
Timelines: Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party suppliers or customs for imported promotional gift materials.
7. Returns and Refunds
Custom Goods: Due to the personalized nature of signages and promotional gifts, these items are non-refundable once production has started.
Defective Items: If a product is delivered damaged or fails to meet the approved proof, you must notify us within 48 hours for a replacement or repair.
8. Limitation of Liability
Euro Media Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our signages or the delay of promotional items. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Doha, Qatar.
